I have made more improvements in my life and healed more in a few years working with Dr. Rane than I did through a decade of any other type of therapy/healing I tried. I was skeptical for a while but once I surrendered to just DOING the work, everything started to change for me. I describe my work with Dr. Rane as FAR AND AWAY the best investment of my life. I’ve worked with her consistently since 2018. When I started, I’d been unknowingly frozen in CPTSD for years, and both my mental and physical health were suffering. We addressed the foundational issues early on, and it fundamentally changed how I move through the world...most notably, I no longer experience anxiety. What’s surprised me most is that the change has lasted. While I still have occasional periods of stress or resistance, most days I feel neutral-to-positive and far less affected by negativity. The work is hard to describe unless you've done it but it's deeply empowering. I can’t recommend her enough. Stay committed and trust the process.

I have worked with Dr. Mary Lou Rane for 18 months. I found her after years of working with traditional doctors on female hormone related issues. No doctor could provide me with solid answers and everyone had their own version of a ‘pill’ to put me on. Instinctively, I knew my symptoms were messages my body was trying to tell me something. Dr. Mary Lou Rane is warm, personable, and smart beyond words. I have been a client for many years and yet her mastery astounds me every time I see her. Mary Lou has an ever-growing and eclectic array of esoteric brain and body techniques she employs to determine what your body needs, and she is lightning fast in her assessments. The supplements Dr. Rane recommends as a result of those assessments can sometime feel overwhelming in cost and number, but I try to see it as part of the price of staying healthy. For those who are into wellness, she is a true find!
