In my 40 years of holistic healing, I’ve come to understand the profound connection between our emotional state and physical wellbeing. One of the most powerful techniques I’ve come across is the Neuro Emotional Technique (NET). It’s a mind-body approach that addresses the neurological imbalances often linked to unresolved stress. I’ve found it particularly effective in treating lower back pain, a common ailment often exacerbated by emotional distress.
A key part of my approach involves understanding the role of the Ileocecal Valve (ICV) in our health. This sphincter muscle, located at the intersection of the small and large intestine, can cause a wide range of health issues when it’s not functioning properly. Lower back pain is one such issue, and I’ve seen many patients find relief once we address ICV dysfunction.
Now, let’s talk about the Home Run Formula. I use this four-step process to address ICV issues.
The first base involves performing the NET Body-Entry on the patient’s right, one third of the way up from the Anterior Superior Iliac Spine (ASIS) towards the Umbilicus. This initial step often brings immediate relief for many patients.
The second base, if active, involves testing for potential allergies, parasites, and gut flora imbalances. Our gut health is intrinsically linked to our overall wellbeing, and by addressing these issues, we can often alleviate lower back pain.
The third base, if active, involves testing for gut chemistry supports. Certain foods, such as pineapple, onions, garlic, raw cabbage, and almonds, can provide natural support for our gut health. Incorporating these into a patient’s diet often brings about significant improvements.
The fourth base involves a two-point approach to the Allergy Point, Emotion points, and structural issues. This comprehensive approach ensures we’re addressing all potential causes of lower back pain, from the physical to the emotional.
